General information:
Location:
Bairisch Kölldorf is located about 65 km southeast of Graz.
Travel by plane/train:
try to reach Graz, then there are hourly train connections to Feldbach from where we can give you a lift to
Bairisch Kölldorf.
Please indicate the LOC when you need transportation (either from Graz airport or train station Feldbach).
In October the weather can be fine but some of you remember the first CESPM meeting, which was held at the end of Oct.-
we had some snow! The Hotel Legenstein is a **** Hotel with a nice wellness center, try to enjoy that too!!
Lectures:
since there are many lectures and time is limited we ask you kindly to carefully prepare your lecture, it has to be fit
in a 10 min interval + 5 min for discussion. Many thanks to all people who followed my advice to shift from lecture to
a poster. For them this means less work and we safe a lot of time. Please prepare your lectures either as power point or
pdf presentations (Power Point: Version 2007, 2003; pdf: Acrobat Reader Vers 8.xx) on a memory stick. Submit the
presentation on the stick to the chairman of the session. If you have overhead transparencies indicate this as soon as
possible.
Proceedings:
they will be published in the CEAB. Deadline for submission of your paper is Dec 10th 2007. For oral contributions the
limit is 8 pages (this is strict, there will be no exceptions, less is always welcome!!). For poster contributions the
limit is 4 pages. More details will be announced at the conference.
Splinter meetings:
spontaneous meetings of working groups - you can meet in the lecture room, in the cafeteria, in the restaurant, at the pool, at the bar ...
